ACE Custom Coatings respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, email or web form, we collect the information you give us: name, contact details, and a description of the work you want quoted. If you send photos for a quote, we keep them with the enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use it to quote, schedule and complete your job, and to send you any follow-up about that job. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that don't progress to a job are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for 7 years for accounting and warranty purposes, in line with HMRC requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Email info@acecustomcoatings.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
